Awake in the City Scape

Awake in the cityscape,

Flat footed on distorted streets

Acting on a wave length of escape

Shortly after toxic equinox fleets

To the rhythm of flood holes

When thrown about by honey buds,

Let’s be something under burning coals

Across the horizon, of illuminated clemency;

Lovers on the coast of a melting petal,

The space of the open sea lay over their fingers

About a galaxy wide, so the beat of their future is fatal

Promising to the cosmic air, crossing batten bolsters,

Raging towards the sweetest impression

Slammed into the face of each hallowed soul

Flowing in the bristle of augmented affection,

The scape arrives, its vibrance, we want it whole.
