Tickling at an ant-like pace, organized, progressive, and with well-thought out sequences, 'Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania' is an action whorl embellished with (Marvel Cinematic) universal ramifications and bite-sized fun -- which is what a film known as 'Quantumania' is supposed to be. The crumbs and portions of it are stylized in precise beams of storytelling at a rate designed by director Peyton Reed for a catch-up energy. Paul Rudd as Scott Lang/Ant-Man suits up with his super charisma to balance the hilarity and serious kick-ass barage, charged by Jeff Loveness' goofy yet oddly tense screenplay. In 'Quantumania,' Reed decides for more action whack-wham by The Wasp/Hope Van Dyne -- Evangeline Lily takes force as the bigger hero through her got-to-do smarts while Rudd captains the upbeat hullabaloo moods made just enough by the quirky power of Kathryn Newton (Cassie Lang). Amid the smallest of particles, Jonathan Majors emerges as the supernova in sinister suave that his evil is almost undeniable as he is unbearable to the multiverse being Kang the Conqueror. Blast here, blast there, 'Quantumania' is a loaded hysteria in a dream explosion of absurdist curiosity. If somehow it's a daze, no biggie, you'll grow into it.
